Your challenge is to offer design innovative, design concepts and possible solutions that could enhance the working practice of the crew and/or assist SAR missions. Your considerations may also include the casualty and public awareness. Consider how your chosen discipline could assist the search and rescue service.
My strengths would be drawing and illustration, when I looked at this brief I was interested in designing a poster or perhaps a brochure. My main aim would be public communication and awareness. I am going to explore different aspects of SAR, as I am unsure to which elements to focus on.
